I’m a ServiceNow Developer with the Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS FSM & CIS CAD certifications who currently works for UP3 Services Ltd, a dedicated ServiceNow consultancy based near Kingston-On-Thames. I started my ServiceNow career completely self-taught whilst working at Oxford Brookes University, this gave me plenty of good opportunities to explore and develop the platform as much of the organisation was not yet leveraging the power of ServiceNow.
