Unfortunately I will be unable to bring you this as it has been deployed into a live environment and the end user has asked that the work remain their property. The solution works as designed, and has has so far saved the client’s IT function more than 214 man hours in 6 months spread over 1200 Guest WiFi Requests.

Currently in development. This will expose the Aerohive ID Manager API to your ServiceNow instance, allowing you to create, renew & remove guest accounts.

The major use case would be allowing any user the ability to request guest Wi-Fi accounts via the Service Catalogue for Service Desk to easily approve or reject.

Application will come in the form of an update set which will include a Script Include,  Aerohive Properties UI page and an example Request Item.

Expected to be released end of February 2017
